Their expertise was instrumental in seamlessly integrating viewer-submitted photos into the Verizon logo. By combining Vixi’s mosaic output channels in OBS with a strategically placed PNG overlay, we successfully transformed the mosaic into the iconic Verizon logo. This innovative approach allowed us to leverage existing software resources without the need for additional implementations or purchases. Sunday night the Milwaukee Bucks Inc. took on the Cleveland Cavaliers at Fiserv Forum, but it was unlike anything seen before. In partnership with The Famous Group, the team put together an in-venue mixed reality activation that converted the arena into a forest that took over the entire space. Working together for 11 seasons, the partnership was kicked into high gear over the past few years as trust between the two brands began to build. In conjunction with the teams “Fear the Deer” theme, the forest was brought into the stadium covering everything from the flooring to the scoreboards. To create such an experience required extensive technological upheaval and preparation. This was done by first scanning the entire arena to capture the 3D versions of what was being built upon. It was also helpful that the arena had recently been upgraded to a gold standard control room, allowing for miles of fiber to be run throughout the venue. Hardware was then positioned throughout the space, that allowed for the team to run graphics and production with ease. “Not only have we been pushing them, but they’ve been pushing us to be even better.
