Dr. Marsha Linehan developed Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), revolutionizing treatment for individuals with borderline personality disorder and emotional dysregulation. ? Dr. Judith Herman helped launch the field of trauma studies with her work on complex PTSD and the impact of abuse, shaping trauma-informed care worldwide. ? Dr. Francine Shapiro discovered and developed Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a breakthrough treatment for trauma and PTSD.
