Throughout her career there have been numerous moments when events have been a critical part of accomplishing goals across a variety of issues and with a very diverse set of audiences and platforms. Shantelle Girard is the Founder and CEO of Rancher Hat Bar. An impressive, bold brand and exceptionally fast growing company. Rancher Hat Bar is a one of a kind experience, from the atmosphere to the custom hat that is created by you and your Ranch Hand. She started Rancher Hat Bar in January of 2023 out of a vintage camper trailer, traveling and doing pop ups that would have 3 hours lines and sell out every time. She knew she had something and opened the first storefront in April 2023 in Folsom, California. They opened our second location in Scottsdale, Arizona in September 2023, third location in Scottsdale, Arizona and our fourth in Cherry Creek, Colorado. A Scottsdale native, she knew it would be a huge hit and it is! They are growing and expanding with the help of an amazing team, they will open 5 more stores by the first quarter of 2025.
