We loved supporting The Ohio State University at their 2nd Annual Buckeye Fashion Market! This event celebrated Buckeye style in every way, featuring the latest women's looks from over 25 licensed apparel brands. From athleisure and business wear to gameday and evening styles, there was something for every Buckeye fan! Located inside the iconic Ohio Stadium, guests enjoyed shopping a curated collection of licensed apparel, an exclusive fashion show, handcrafted cocktails, delicious appetizers, and a VIP experience complete with a champagne wall, photos with Brutus, swag bags, and more! We are already looking forward to next year’s Buckeye Fashion Market! It’s sure to be an unforgettable celebration of Buckeye spirit, style, and community.

Last month, we had the privilege of supporting our client's presence on the IES Aviation Lighting Committee Technology Meeting show floor, where aviation lighting experts gathered to share best practices and explore cutting-edge advancements. We took great pride in designing and executing their tradeshow booth, ensuring it captured attention, drove engagement, and left a lasting impression. Beyond the conference, were delighted to assist in the planning of an unforgettable customer event at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, hosted by ADB Safegate and Musco Lighting, featuring NASCAR legends Richard and Kyle Petty. Creating impactful experiences that educate, engage, and inspire is what we do best!

This week, we had the incredible opportunity to give back as a team! In partnership with Seeds of Caring, The Event Collective proudly sponsored Thanksgiving Dinner Bags and a Food Drive. Alongside our families, we assembled Thanksgiving meals for those in need, working together to help make the holidays a little brighter. It was a meaningful afternoon filled with teamwork, gratitude, and shared purpose and we're so honored to have been a part of it.

We recently wrapped up four unforgettable days at the 2024 Forbes Under 30 Summit, where we had the privilege of working alongside the world’s most innovative entrepreneurs, founders, and influencers. ? On behalf of our client, we proudly managed the Forbes U30 Lister Lounge—a dynamic space that welcomed over 300 Listers daily. Attendees were treated to exclusive swag, an interactive smart boxing experience, a custom photo moment, and an incredible opportunity to network and connect with their peers. We are proud to have played a role in making this landmark event a resounding success! ? Here’s to building more spaces where ideas thrive, connections are made, and future leaders rise.

We recently had the opportunity to support a clients’ participation at the?AFA Air, Space & Cyber Conference.?As their event management team, we were able to help position?our client?as a?leader?and increase their brand authority with more than 18,000 industry professionals, Air Force and Space Force leaders, and key decision makers.?

This was such an incredible event! We are thrilled that our team was able to support with the registration of over 350 attendees, the coordination of 15 meetings, presentations and on-site breakouts, the planning of 12 meals, 11 off-site events, and managing all the transportation logistics including 4 cars, 5 SUVs, and 12 buses. We are so proud of what we accomplished together!

We’re proud to support this amazing nonprofit and donate our time to their incredible cause. At The Event Collective, giving back to the community is at the heart of what we do, and partnering with organizations like this makes it all the more meaningful.
