It is a privilege to support dental clinics that help those in need of oral care. We partnered with the Seattle/King County Clinic County Clinic's annual treatment event, supplying diagnostic equipment for treatment planning. During the event, more than 2,900 people in the Seattle Metro area received free dental cleanings, fillings, and extractions. ? “At Seattle/King County Clinic (SKCC), we recognize that addressing healthcare disparities and meeting critical needs within our community is something we cannot do alone,” said Project Director Franny Schwarz. “It is through the support of dedicated partners like Envista Smile Project that our efforts transform into impactful actions. Together, we demonstrate that unity and collaboration are the foundations of meaningful change. The commitment to creating a healthier and more equitable community is why SKCC is so successful.” #envistasmileproject #oralcarenonprofit #givingback?

We love supporting the Special Olympics New Jersey! Supporting the athletes' dental care at this event is a cause that is near and dear to our hearts. We once again donated equipment to provide prophylaxis and restorative care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. ? Not only did recipients receive cleaning and treatments, but the event was also designed to help reduce the fear associated with dental offices, bring care closer to home, and train dental care providers on working with special needs patients.

We recently had the privilege of helping fund Great Shape Inc.’s dental mission trip to Jamaica! Five Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Periodontal Surgery residents and their proctor, Dr. Gary Orentlicher, treated approximately 300 people, treating infections, reducing pain, removing decaying teeth, and making a difference in many lives. “Your generosity made a tremendous impact on the residents, all of the members of the humanitarian mission team, GreatShape, Inc., and hundreds of needy people in Jamaica,” said Dr. Orentlicher. “A great number of the patients we treated were provided relief and healing that would not have been possible otherwise. To [assist] patients in this level of need was a life-changing experience for the residents,” said resident and participant Victoria Keir.

We are committed to advancing oral care around the world and are proud to support the Vietnam Health Clinic and its important work. “In the heart of the rural communities of Ca Dy and Dai Chanh, Vietnam Health Clinic hosted our signature two-week mobile health clinic, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. We expanded our dental component with the addition of the Portable Dental Unit and portable x-ray, which allowed for a higher quality patient experience during dental procedures.” – Vietnam Health Clinic leadership team
