CROSS-POLLINATION OF IDEAS FOR ETHICAL LEADERSHIP During years 2022/ 2023 I’ve spent coutless hours in conversations with Academics, Researchers, Founders, Entrepreneurs, Consultants, Corporate Leaders that were focused on The Intesection of Human & Artificial Intellegence in the context of #leadership {If I ever recover recording of my EdTechXSummit 2023 speach, you will hear me sharing my conclusions on this very topic.} I might not have to state the obvious, but I will anyways - concerenes around the #ethical aspect of #AI have been growing ever since. And since I’ve met some incredibly capable experts that are fully committed to advocating for, increasing awarenes about and offering more ethical solutions (on governement level, policisies, cybersecurity side etc.), I couldn’t stop thinking of WHO is supportint them? Is there an Ecosystem for them to plug in and recharge, be inspired, collaborate, be supported as #leaders in a wholesom way (in a way they are actually taking care of our children’s Future)? In 2024, from the moment of inception of The Enclave I felt that, with all the wisdom and takeaways from those countless hours in conversations, I knew we are on our way to create something concrete, more than the Ecosystem - the Mycelial Network - for those who literally shape Future. The Mycelial Network much more relevant than to what it seems to an unexperienced eye. Ethical AI requires #leadership that can navigate complex ethical dilemmas while fostering innovation. And our multi-disciplinary community of Futurists, with its diverse perspectives, directly enables exchange and collaboration across fields such as leadership, technology, philosophy, sociology, methapisics, business - all of which are essential to solving the multifaceted challenges posed by AI ethics. These exchanges and collaborations are more than Interdisciplinary Collaboration for Comprehensive Solutions - they actually foster the creation of holistic and well-rounded #supportSystem to those who work on #AIsystems and are more attuned to the ethical, legal, and social consequences of their deployment. ?? What would be possible then? If those on the frontier of AI Ethics are supported like they have never been before? What would it mean for all of us? . . .
