This week, DDC students had the incredible opportunity to visit S&P Global under the guidance of Grissel Seijo, Chair of DDC's Board of Friends. During the visit, students engaged with S&P Global employees, gaining valuable insights into the world of finance and analytics. They learned firsthand about the various career paths within the company, the significance of internships, and the exciting opportunities available to them at S&P Global. Donate $300 to the DDC to provide a semester of Feel Good Fridays for one student! During Feel Good Fridays, students participate in various socio-emotional programming each Friday with the Healthy Minds & Bodies team. A $7,000 donation to the DDC can provide Summer Academy for one student. Saturday Academy is an in-person program that takes place in the Fall and Spring semesters for high school students from 9th to 12th grade featuring humanities and STEM courses, socio-emotional courses by our Healthy Minds and Bodies team, and personalized college application support for graduating seniors. ?
