It was such a pleasure to host Terrence Coffie and his students at The Doe Fund! Their energy, curiosity, and thought-provoking questions made this visit so meaningful. It’s so inspiring to connect with future leaders and highlight the meaningful work we do to transform lives
Keynote Speaker, Adjunct Assnt. Professor at NYU Silver School of Social-Work, Criminal Justice Policy Change Agent, JEDI Consultant, Educator-NYU Prison Education Program, Founder - Social Justice Network
Thank you Toni Mardirossian Monusky, Lauren Curatolo of The Pathways to Public Division at Manhattan District Attorney's Office, and William Glenn, Director of Harlem Facilty for The Doe Fund for hosting my students of NYU Silver School of Social Work Forensic Justice in Problem Solving Courts classes site visit! Students met with agency leaders and program developers within the DA's Felony ATI Courts that serks to better support those impacted by our criminal legal system to initirate programs that speaks to the needs of clients. Students also had the opportunity to speak with Judge Biben of ATI Courts who shared with students the importance of Forensic Social Workers within criminal courts. We later visited The Doe Fund, a leading reentry program that supports returning citizens and those impacted by homelessness in NYC. The Doe Fund serves as a powerful example of reentry. William Glenn, alongvwith staff at TDF gave students a comprehensive overview of the program, as well as a tour of the facilty. It is important to me that students not understand thos work from solely an academic lens, but they have a first hand experience with thought leaders that are doing the work!

Thank you, Council Member Erik Bottcher, for your support and partnership! We’re thrilled to work together to keep Council District 3 clean and safe.
This year I allocated $20,000 to The Doe Fund to provide graffiti/sticker removal and repainting services throughout Council District 3. Last week, they began addressing light poles on the avenues. When communities address small issues like graffiti removal and the upkeep of public spaces, it plays a crucial role in tackling larger problems, ultimately making neighborhoods safer and better for everyone.
