The Doe Fund has been awarded a transformative project by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development to redevelop 1388 Stebbins Avenue in the Bronx! The Stemma, will turn a long-vacant lot into 149 units of affordable housing — with on-site supportive services to help residents thrive, 30,000 square feet of community space, 14,000 square feet of green space, and a sustainable design that puts people and the planet first. This project is made possible in partnership with NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, Xenolith Partners, Ametrine Group, and Purpose by Design Architects PLLC. ArtLifting advances access to the art market by connecting artists with disabilities to socially conscious customers, creating meaningful spaces and products.
