By staying proactive in recognizing the warning signs, we can make a significant impact in preventing potential threats and protecting those around us. 2025 marks the 100-year anniversary of the first Black union to receive a charter in the American Federation of Labor: Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters and Maids, created by labor organizer and civil rights activist, A. Philip Randolph.
