Big news from No Limbits and Erica Cole !
I have two pretty massive announcements that have felt so surreal I haven't posted them for fear I might wake up from a dream. 1. No Limbits has acquired one of the oldest (if not the oldest) adaptive apparel companies in the world. Buck & Buck has been on my pitch deck as a player in the adaptive apparel space since Day 1. To think that one day we would acquire a company, let alone this company, is unreal. Buck & Buck specializes in clothing for seniors, focusing on those who need accessible features for caretakers and has reach into every nursing home in the country. We've brought on 15 new employees and 14,000 sq feet of warehouse space in Seattle, WA. 2. Simultaneous to the acquisition, No Limbits closed a $3M Series A. In one of the toughest markets to date for any startup, not to mention an apparel company, this is a testament to this team and the adaptive apparel industry. We're a month in, and this has been the most exciting chapter of No Limbits yet. I am grateful beyond words for my team, Anna Peshock and David S., who have accomplished an unfathomable amount to drive us to this outcome.
