Daylight Savings Company (c1991) is a NYSERDA contractor (since 1998) providing energy efficiency expertise and maximizing benefits of state grants and incentives. Our goal is to lower operating costs, enhance occupant satisfaction, and improve the operating efficiency of your facility. Our expert team performs energy modeling and audits that are compliant with the various certification programs (NYC LL97, NYC LL87, LEED, Enterprise Green Communities, HUD, etc.). Full or partial funding may be available through one of the state programs (NYSERDA Flextech, NYSERDA New Construction, NYSERDA Commercial Tennant, NYSERDA Agricultural Energy Audit etc. Daylight Savings minimizes NYC compliance exposure as we have streamlined the LL87 process to ensure high quality, timely and accurate compliance. In addition, regarding LL84, we have successfully submitted several hundred projects to the DOB with commendatory results.
