Dave was an icon in the hospitality industry and the contributions that he made to his alma mater, community, and his church will be continued through this foundation. During his lifetime, Dave donated a yearly scholarship to the FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality. The Foundation will ensure that Dave's vision, scholarship and legacy will remain present at the FIU School of Hospitality, The First Tee, St. Ann's Pace, The Place of Hope and numerous other organizations that Dave so passionately supported.
