The Darryl Worley Foundation is a 501(c)3 public benefit corporation. The Foundation was created in 2002 as a way for Darryl Worley and his friends to thank the Hardin County community for their love, support, and encouragement. Since its inception, the Darryl Worley Foundation has given over a million dollars in grants to causes and organizations throughout West Tennessee, Northwestern Alabama, and Northeastern Mississippi.

The Darryl Worley Foundation donated towards the Sgt. David Brown Memorial Statue Ceremony at Riverfront Park in Clifton. The unveiling of the statue took place on September 21st and Darry Worley performed, Have You Forgotten. The speaker for the event was Frank McCarthy and his wife. Frank was a Marine Lieutenant who was Sgt Brown’s Commanding Officer and authored the book Lima 3. Debbe Welch, Volunteer for the Darryl Worley Foundation, and Darryl and Kimberly Worley also attended the event.
