The DairyNews Today

I am finally leaving the Russian site dairynews.ru, which I created 16 years ago. These were very amazing 16 years of my life. I won't be modest and will say that I put a lot of my efforts into creating an informational field in the Russian dairy market. We raised the bar higher than anyone else, and today in Russia everyone aspires to reach this bar: publishers, conferences, exhibitions, companies, and people. We created worthy competitors, followers, friends, adversaries, and enemies for ourselves - and without this, an informational field is impossible. We did this intentionally. I have always been honest and always openly expressed my point of view on the market, the country, and colleagues. I helped those who needed help and fought against what, in my opinion, was unfair, dishonest, and vile. I did my utmost to integrate Russia into the global dairy market and to bring people from different countries together. I achieved a lot in this. I am sincerely grateful to readers, advertisers, and partners for their support and trust. During this time, I made a huge number of friends. Perhaps this is the most important asset that I am taking with me. But everything comes to an end, and it is necessary to move forward. For the past two years, the Russian site was only a part of my business, as we have become the largest specialized media in the world. Dairynews.today has already gained great authority among readers. We are open to the global dairy market - from any country and in any language. We are read in English, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, French, Kazakh, and other languages. Our events take place on different continents. But this is just the beginning. So! I hit the road to prepare for the upcoming Dairy Rally. This summer, it will take place in Kyrgyzstan. We will travel 1100 km along the most beautiful mountain roads, visit processing enterprises in this country, see farms and pastures. And, of course, the main attractions - the high-altitude Lake Issyk-Kul and the Tien Shan mountain ranges! Today, as part of the preparation for the road trip, I met with the Executive Director of the Kyrgyz Dairy Union, Saimyk Taichabarov, and the Head of the Kyrgyz Livestock Union, Azizbek Kirgizbayev! We agreed that on August 19, the road trip will start with a conference dedicated to the dairy industry of Kyrgyzstan. Colleagues are looking forward to the road trip participants. The plant processes 12 tons of milk per day. The Kulikovsky not only produces dairy products but also confectionery, in which it is a leader in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. Moreover, it exports both dairy and confectionery products to Kazakhstan. On the first day of the road trip, we will also visit the plant of the Shoro company. Shoro was established in 1992 with the production of the national Kyrgyz drink Maksym. Maksym is a traditional refreshing, health-improving, and tonic drink made from selected varieties of barley, wheat, and corn. Today, the plant also produces chalap (a drink made from natural cow's milk and pure cultures of lactic acid bacteria), tan, kumis, aralash (a fermented milk drink with grains enriched with probiotic cultures), and other national Kyrgyz drinks.
