Our Tuscan-themed wine dinner at The Cypress was a true celebration of Italian flavors, where expertly paired wines and an artfully crafted menu transported us straight to the heart of Tuscany. From the rich, handcrafted pasta to the bold, carefully selected wines, every detail was designed to create an evening of warmth, elegance, and culinary delight. A heartfelt thank you to Michelle Doggett and Kris Hilton for their vision, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a truly immersive experience for our members. Their dedication to crafting a beautiful ambiance and thoughtfully curated menu made the night unforgettable. We are also deeply grateful to our sommelier, Sarah Newman, for guiding us through an exquisite wine journey with her expertise and passion, and to Chef James Joyce, whose culinary artistry brought the flavors of Tuscany to life in every bite.
