Cynosure Partners recently hosted our annual CEO Forum, which brings together our CEOs and leadership team members from across the Cynosure community of portfolio companies – including FusionSite, Savant Wealth Management, Avail Infrastructure Solutions, Wellington-Altus, Black Rock Coffee Bar and many more. ? The Forum offers CEOs the chance to meet and share their experiences and ideas, while also learning from a range of guest speakers. This year, we were proud to have sessions lead by Brendan P. Keegan, 6x CEO and one of Cynosure’s Operating Advisors, and entrepreneur, author (Clear Thinking) and host of the Knowledge Project podcast, Shane Parrish. ? This event is just one example of Cynosure Partners’ commitment to invest in and support our founders and leadership teams as they look to continue to build durable and growing businesses. ? Huge thank you to Ken Garff University Club at Rice-Eccles Stadium for hosting and for giving us behind-the-scenes access to their facilities!

Last week, The Cynosure Group welcomed LPs and portfolio companies to our Annual Summit. Day 1 kicked off with a fireside chat at Rice-Eccles Stadium between our Co-Founder H.E. "Bud" Scruggs and author-entrepreneur Shane Parrish. ? Day 2 started and concluded with our Chairman & Co-Founder Randal Quarles, who moderated an economic roundtable with leaders from Cynosure’s four business lines and had a conversation with fellow Federal Reserve Vice Chair Richard Clarida on the outlook for the new administration. ? Friends of Cynosure also enjoyed perspectives and updates from leaders of?Cynosure Partners?(Private Growth Equity and Private Credit),?Cynosure Strategies?(Quantitative Hedge Fund),?Cynosure Capital Management?(Foundation and Endowment Portfolio Management), and?Cynosure Wealth Advisors?(Integrated Wealth Management). We also heard from several founders and portfolio company executives – Platform Accounting Group (Reyes F.), Avail Infrastructure Solutions (Siddarth Madhav) and (William Johnson), and Trove FS, LLC (Amjed Saffarini). ? David Hunter wrapped up the Summit by summarizing important themes throughout the event – Team, Partnership, and Alignment – which apply not only in the context of Cynosure’s philosophy with Founder and Management-Owned portfolio companies, but also Cynosure’s investors.? ?
