Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to support the Battery Workforce Challenge at its Year 2 Winter Workshop in Greenville, South Carolina. This event brought together the 12 University and College teams from across North America, industry leaders, and key partners to advance hands-on training and career development in the automotive industry. A major milestone of the workshop was the delivery of a RAM Professional ProMaster EV to Clemson University & Greenville Technical College, marking the next step in the team members' journeys to becoming skilled engineers and technicians in the automotive industry. Other key moments included: - Plenary sessions featuring insights from top industry professionals - Sponsor Social, where students networked with leading companies like Stellantis North America, The Battery Innovation Center, and Eaton - Technical training sessions to equip students with in-demand skills - Panel discussions on battery technology and career pathways It was a pleasure collaborating in person with Kristen G.
