As part of our global connection within the MarineMax Superyacht Division, our team members from The Crew Network were invited by the IGY Marinas Trident Club to attend a members-only crew training session curated and instructed by one of Trident’s esteemed partners, Forbes Travel Guide. Our mission is to connect talented crew with the right opportunities, ensuring they not only excel in their roles but also continue to develop their careers. This training allowed us to deepen our understanding of the evolving standards of superyacht hospitality. This invaluable insight allows us to better assess crew skills, match them with the most suitable positions on board and provide guidance on professional development through world class training opportunities.
