Derik spent time in the military, serving 2 tours in Iraq before joining McKinsey & Company for 7 years. Derik provides a unique perspective on nonprofit leadership. He brings with him his knowledge from McKinsey & Co. combined with a philosophical understanding of the nonprofit sector.
