We’re pleased to share our first big industry innovation – The Project Health Assessment (PHA)! Too often our industry suffers from siloed communication and reactive problem solving. These issues can often lead to missed deadlines, cost overruns, scope creep, and a blame-game culture. It’s not nefarious, but it does speak to a need for innovation and ‘out of the box thinking’. That’s why we made this report. It's a 6-week exercise that provides a 360-degree?evaluation of real estate projects from entitlement, cost, permitting, planning, and construction perspectives. It bridges all this information to create a design and construction plan tailored to the local jurisdiction and the projects financing strategy. No stone is left unturned. The heart of the plan identifies hidden risks early on the process. Missing drawings, city planning bottlenecks, underwritten contracts, and building inspection nuances that normally contribute to unforeseen delays. We surface this information right away and give guidance on how to fix it – quickly – and get the project built and occupied. In real estate, time is money and with our intimate experience as developers we understand that too. That’s why the PHA is the epitome of everything we stand for. It’s not just one report on one scope. It’s all the reports on every scope. Check out a sample report below, and if you need one just shoot us an email - [email protected]! #ConstructionInnovation #RealEstate #ProjectManagement #BuiltEnvironment #DevelopmentStrategy

In less than 30 days, federal and state crews have made incredible progress on wildfire recovery in Los Angeles, cleaning up hazardous debris from over 9,000 properties. Under Governor Newsom’s leadership, red tape has been cut, and recovery is moving faster than ever before. From tax relief to fast-tracked housing and debris removal, the state is doing everything it can to help survivors rebuild and get back on their feet. Thank you to everyone who has worked hard to help us recover. Proud to be part of this community. #LosAngeles #Wildfires #DisasterRecovery #Community

You’re never too busy to give back and share your experience with others! ????????
I was honored to share my journey through a blessed Construction Management career with the students at my old high school, Bishop Alemany. Naturally, all the kids want to be engineers or architects so Jennifer Schlesinger and I had to share all the fun and prosperity of GC trailer life! It was also a timely reminder of all the wonderful mentors I had along the way at Alemany, California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, MATT Construction, Quixote Studios and Hudson Pacific Properties. Careers are really just a series of crazy projects and crazy (smart) people! #ProjectManagement #ProjectEngineers #LosAngeles #OwnersRepresentative #TheCooperativeLA

Last week I had the privilege of attending an incredible event hosted by the Festival Trail and Move LA about a visionary initiative pioneered by our friend Chris Torres, RLA of Agency Artifact. Watching this idea evolve over the years has been nothing short of inspiring, and seeing it come to life in such a powerful way reinforced just how much LA needs this. For too long, our city has been defined by its freeways and traffic. But The Festival Trail is proving that LA’s future can be just as much about walkability, sustainability, and vibrant public spaces. This initiative isn’t just a moment—it’s a movement. One that will leave a lasting impact well beyond the 2028 Olympics, creating the kind of city we know LA can be. If you believe in a more connected, accessible, and thriving Los Angeles, I encourage all Angelenos to support this effort. This is the kind of change that doesn’t just reshape streets—it reshapes communities. Check out some moments from the event below, and let’s keep pushing LA forward. ??♀????? #MoveLA #TheFestivalTrail #LAOnTheMove #SustainableCities #PublicSpaceRevolution #ciclavia #morebikes #connectivity
