Take a quick look back to March 2024, where members of the The Consortium of Leaders and Partners embarked on a life-changing journey through Uganda with SINA (Social Innovation Academy). They explored SINA Communities in Bidibidi and Kyaka II refugee camps, and the main SINA Community in Mpigi, known as "Jangu International." This was the first in-person site visit for the Consortium since 2022 and provided great insight on Distributed Leadership Models and Innovative Product Development. ? Change is Good... Dear Partners and Collaborators, I am writing to announce three significant changes within our organization that we wish to share with you all. Firstly, we announce Steve Denning's departure from our board of directors with mixed emotions. Steve has been an integral part of our board, contributing his time, expertise, and passion to our organization's outcomes and successes. We are deeply grateful for his dedicated service and the invaluable insights he has provided during his tenure. While we will miss Steve, we wish him all the best in his future endeavors and know that he will continue to make positive impacts. Secondly, we are excited to announce a change in our board's name to better reflect our organization's evolving mission and vision. Going forward, we will be known as the Consortium of Leaders (COL). This change comes as a result of careful consideration and a desire to better align our board's name with the goals and values of our organization. We believe that this new name better encapsulates the essence of who we are and the work that we do. Finally, we are thrilled to announce an exciting new vision for our non-profit organization as we embark on a journey toward greater impact and innovation. At the Consortium of Leaders, we are committed to advancing our vision: foster agility, bring humanity, discovery, and enlightenment to help leaders and organizations cultivate and develop future-forward capabilities. This vision reflects our dedication from theory to practice and our unwavering commitment to making a positive change globally. As part of this exciting transition, we are also pleased to introduce our newly appointed board members, who bring a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization. With their guidance and support, we are confident in our ability to achieve our goals and realize our vision for the future. We want to assure our partners and collaborators that while some changes are taking place, our commitment to our mission remains steadfast.
