The Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey is a premier general business advocacy group in the Garden State and has approximately 950 members. While our membership is diverse, representing most business sectors in the state, it is united in the common purpose of working to make New Jersey the best place possible to live, work and conduct business. We cater to all the interests of our members by providing various industry specific roundtables and networking events. CIANJ’s roundtables and business councils are concepts that bring together the brightest minds across professional disciplines in the key areas that affect every business in the state. March is Women's History month and last week Dennis Mikula, Jr., Kylie Jentz-Cimmino, SHRM-SCP, and Nicole Ross attended The Commerce and Industry Association of NJ 's Empowering?& Mentoring Women Leaders?of Tomorrow event.?The panel had great insight on the impact that mentors have had for their careers and development.?They also provided suggestions for best practices when entering into a mentorship as either a mentor or mentee.?This is something Mikula Contracting firmly believes in as we utlize coaching and mentorship as we grow and scale as a business. This was a great event we were happy?to have been a sponsor of and look forward to seeing what both this generation and the next of female leadership?has in store.? #womenshistorymonth #womeninleadership
