What: This 16-week training?is?a?combination?of?embodied lean practices, Jungian depth psychology, and integration science.??It is a vital experience for anyone wanting to lead with greater awareness, authenticity, and purpose.??These 1-on-1 sessions follow a foundational?framework but are a custom exploration of you as a unique individual.??Thefirst?eight?weeks?are?deep?introspection?of?one’s?current?state?reality, unconscious habituated patterns, and aspirational purpose.??The second eight weeks are a series of applied life/work experiments to transform your engagement with?the?world?to be in greater service of your purpose.? Who: Anyone who feels that there is more to be gained from their engagement with work and life.??Anyone?interested?in?leading?(in whatever capacity) with greater?self-awarenessand?impact.??In?the?past,?most?participants have been senior leaders, high-potentials, or thought leaders.??Those with a genuine desire to learn and grow have gotten the most out of it regardless of title.? In a recent conversation with colleagues, we were discussing how notions emerge from a specific time and place. I asked them what piece of art (painting, book, film, music, etc.) they thought truly captured our current context. For me, Star Wars was definitely one. What would you pick?
The battle in Star Wars is?not?between light and dark sides of the Force.??It is?actually between?balance and conquest.??The Jedi are always seeking to restore balance to the Force (not get the light side of the force to dominate).??If we?look?at?our?society (especially?our professional?work),?so?much?of?it?is?rooted?in?a?colonial mindset – exploration leading to desire for control and eventually leading to exploitation (i.e.?means to maintain and strengthen control).??While this may lead to ambitious accomplishments and sharing of certain values and mindsets, it inherently devalues other priorities and mindsets.??The role of the “jedi” is to constantly strive to see situations more clearly, be attuned to diverse value propositions and higher truths, and act courageously when we have gone too far in one direction.
