Reimagine Toledo - Celebrate PARK(ing) Day with Toledo Design Collective on Friday, September 20 in Downtown Toledo! Installations will be on display Noon - 8:00 p.m., with a celebration and awards ceremony at 6:00 p.m. 2024 EVENT? PARK(ing) Day takes place on Madison Ave in between N Huron and N St. Clair. Guests are welcome during the lunch hour and happy hour to enjoy food and beverages from area restaurants in the parklet installations and seating areas in the street. Immediately following PARK(ing) Day's Awards Ceremony at 6:00 p.m.,?The Arts Commission annual?Momentum Festival?kicks off with music and arts programming that will carry through the weekend. On Saturday, our team gathered at the Metroparks Toledo, Glass City Metropark for our annual Summer Party! Despite the cooler, fall-like temperatures, we embraced the crisp air at The Ribbon, where everyone came alive with skates, scooters, and skateboards. The energy was contagious, and it turned out to be a truly delightful and memorable event for all.

We were delighted to be involved in this outstanding project and to observe students and staff benefiting from their new environment! Collaborating with such a dedicated team has been a truly rewarding experience.
Rudolph Libbe Group would like to congratulate Lake Local Schools on the opening of its new elementary school in Millbury, Ohio. The district held a ribbon-cutting and community open house last week in advance of the school’s official opening today. The first thing students will likely notice is the air conditioning, a feature the old school lacked. But there’s plenty of other features in the state-of-the art school such as 20 more classrooms than the old school, a flexible area called the “Cafenasium” which can be used as a cafeteria, gymnasium and host performances and community events. The school also features sinks in all first-floor PreK-1st grade classrooms, lockers on the second floor for the fourth and fifth grade students, developmentally appropriate playgrounds, a library, dedicated music and band rooms and more. We were proud to partner with the Lake Board of Education, The Collaborative architecture firm and all of our trade partners on this project. We hope all of the Lake Elementary School students and staff have a great school year! #RLGBuilds #BuiltOnTrust #SchoolConstruction #OhioContractor
