On Friday, October 4th our Solutions Knowledge Group set up a tour at Cranbrook Educational Community! They arranged to have a tour guided by a Cranbrook Collections Interpreter, that included a number of architecturally significant buildings on their campus.?Some of the highlight spots that were toured were the art museum, the dining hall and the natatorium. Our team loves jumping at new opportunities to grow!

For September's Whole Office Meeting, WOM, our whole team gathered at our Ann Arbor office and had the opportunity to celebrate accomplishments, discuss happenings around the offices and to meet new faces! Our Fun Committee, FunCo, also planned some friendly competition in an egg drop contest! Only 3 more months left in 2024!

Congratulations to Kent State University on the opening of Crawford Hall, the new four-story, 150,000 SF home of the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship. Designed by Perkins&Will and The Collaborative, this building marks Gilbane’s 11th project with the University since its first on campus nearly 20 years ago. This exciting project provided unique opportunities for Kent State University students with construction management majors that directly contributed to the building of their own campus through internships with Gilbane. With hands-on learning experiences, Gilbane enriches the incoming workforce with practical knowledge and skills that will lead to long-term success.? Gilbane is honored to have played a role in educating future construction management professionals while building a home for future business leaders. Reimagine Toledo - Celebrate PARK(ing) Day with Toledo Design Collective on Friday, September 20 in Downtown Toledo! Installations will be on display Noon - 8:00 p.m., with a celebration and awards ceremony at 6:00 p.m. 2024 EVENT? PARK(ing) Day takes place on Madison Ave in between N Huron and N St. Clair. Guests are welcome during the lunch hour and happy hour to enjoy food and beverages from area restaurants in the parklet installations and seating areas in the street. Immediately following PARK(ing) Day's Awards Ceremony at 6:00 p.m.,?The Arts Commission annual?Momentum Festival?kicks off with music and arts programming that will carry through the weekend.
