The CCOI Executive Committee and Working Group leaders are excited to report record registration for the CCOI 2025 Virtual Conference! Over the past two days, we successfully gathered more than 1,281 participants from around the world representing 28 countries and six continents. Representatives across academia, government institutions, patient groups, and the private sector discussed the opportunities and challenges of new frontiers in ophthalmic AI and innovation. In case you missed a session or would like to review areas of particular interest to you, access to the conference recordings will be on-demand via the CCOI website—available February 1. We encourage participants to submit comments on the conference topics, which will be reviewed by the respective chairs and working groups to be considered as part of future work products such as publications, consensus documents, and other communications that emerge from the meeting.
