We are saddened to hear of Washington Olivetto's passing. A worldwide advertising icon, as well as a key figure in Brazil - Washington was one of the most awarded advertising men of all times. "Washington Olivetto is a name synonymous with innovation in the advertising industry,” The Clios CEO Nicole Purcell spoke about him when we honored him for the 2014 #ClioAwards Lifetime Achievement Award. “For decades, Washington’s work has been bringing Brazilian creative to the world and the most sophisticated thinking in global advertising to the Brazilian market. Defying contradiction, he’s at once a classic adman and a radical pioneer.” His creativity and bright spirit will live on in his legacy for years to come. ?
