President Trump is correct about birthright citizenship. Claremont scholars such as Dr. John Eastman, Dr. Edward Erler, Michael Anton and more have opened and sustained the debate for years against this incorrect interpretation of the 14th Amendment. It was never meant to grant citizenship to children of illegal aliens. The Claremont Institute commends the administration for continuing to signal a serious commitment to restoring the original intent of American citizenship.
关于我们
With its mission to “to restore the principles of the American Founding to their rightful, preeminent authority in our national life,” the Claremont Institute has for nearly 40 years been a strong and effective leader in the movement for limited government, free markets, and a strong national defense. Founded in 1979, the Claremont Institute publishes the Claremont Review of Books, sponsors the Publius, Lincoln, and John Marshall Fellowships for rising conservative leaders, and administers a variety of programs on politics and constitutionalism. The Claremont Institute’s focus is on the principles that must inform sound policy rather than the day-to-day policy itself.

Today, however, the winners of that War are slipping into the same mindset of the losers, who “neither valued nor respected all of the extraordinary blessings of liberty, the freedom to surprise, to make mistakes, to invent, to build.” Read here: https://lnkd.in/eUduXW2s
