The Chroma Network is a Black-woman-owned and operated digital platform & budding online community championing personal and professional growth for young professional Women of Color. The Chroma Network is about bridging the gap. We've heard the phrase, "it's not about what you know, it's about whom you know" countless times. The Chroma Network targets both parts of this phrase through accessible resources and exposure to industry experts leading the way in their respective fields. We're here to prepare talented women of color to not only get a foot in the door but to run to their seats at the table at the early stages of their careers. We strip down the fluff and gatekeeping that typically surrounds early-career advancement, especially for diverse women, through relatable career and self-development content. The Chroma Network is a community "for the women who didn't just end up here." We honor ambitious women with a commitment to their goals and the desire to show up as their best selves daily.
