?? Big news! We’ve relocated our Detroit Regional office to the historic Book Tower, a landmark we proudly helped restore. With more than 100 years of shaping Detroit’s skyline, from the Fisher Building to Michigan Central Station, our move to Bedrock Detroit's Book Tower reaffirms our commitment to preserving history while building the city’s future. As part of the restoration, we helped bring this century-old landmark back to life, recreating 7,000+ square feet of ornate ceiling tiles, reinstalling 50,000 square feet of marble, and replacing nearly 2,500 windows with historically accurate versions. Now, our new 10,000-square-foot office blends historic elegance with modern functionality, reinforcing our dedication to Detroit’s ongoing revitalization. Through our Be Constructive fundraising campaign, we proudly raised $60,000 in 2024 to support Samaritan’s Purse in providing urgent relief to communities devastated by Hurricane Helene. These communities hold a special place in our hearts, and this incredible outpouring of generosity will help countless families rebuild and recover during this challenging time. Samaritan’s Purse is an organization dedicated to providing spiritual and physical aid to people in crisis around the world, offering relief to those impacted by war, poverty, disasters and disease. English philosopher and physician John Locke once said, "Curiosity in children is but an appetite for knowledge." We couldn’t agree more. Creating spaces which spark curiosity excites us when we build for our K-12 education clients. Whether incorporating biophilic design to help boost moods or designing unique spaces where students can be creative, building for the next generation, who will go on to inspire the world, is why we do what we do. Working with our architect partners GMB and SHP, we incorporated color, texture, and unique shapes into breakout learning spaces for Ludington Area School District and Guilford County Schools Peck K-8.

Gilda's Club Grand Rapids fosters community and resilience through support groups, educational resources, and social activities, meeting people where they are in their journey. We’re proud to support this impactful organization that provides comfort and hope when it’s needed most. Our Grand Rapids team volunteered their time at Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids, a lifeline for those navigating a cancer journey or grieving a loss. We tackled outdoor spring cleanup to help create a welcoming, serene space for their free emotional health support programs.
