A multidisciplinary team from our hospital recently returned to Honduras for their 6th annual pediatric hand and upper extremity surgery mission. While in Honduras, the team performed 25 operations for children with congenital hand differences, brachial plexus birth injuries, burns, cerebral palsy, tumors, and fractured bones from neglected trauma.
