Our President and CEO, Rebecca Dutson, and Vice President of Clinical Strategy and Innovation, Jennifer Mitchell, join Jennifer Strohecker, Medicaid Director at the Utah Department of Health and Human Services, along with No?l Taxin, Division Director of Family Health, and Laura Summers, Director at The Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute at the University of Utah, in attending the ZERO TO THREE Financing Policy Project convening on Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. During this important event, Jennifer Stohecker presented on a panel about Medicaid Infant Early Childhood Mental Health Innovations. ?? A Lifelong Impact: Rachel's Story ?? Rachel was a bright light in the Barlow family. At just four years old, she became one of the earliest children to receive care from Dr. Agi Plenk at The Children's Center Utah. This milestone began a nearly 60-year bond between Rachel, her family, and our center—a relationship built on hope, healing, and resilience. Through Rachel, the Barlow family learned about the critical need for early childhood mental health treatment. The care she received transformed her life and created a ripple effect of awareness and compassion within her family. We are honored to have been part of Rachel's journey and remain committed to ensuring all children have access to the support they need to thrive. Our sincerest condolences to her husband, Curtis, of twenty-two years, and the entire Barlow family. https://lnkd.in/dF6zrJTY #childrensmentalhealth?#EarlyInterventionMatters?#hope?#healing?#TCCUtah
