Happy St. Patrick's Day! Dylan B. and Keeley A. shared candy from their pot of gold with our patients today, letting them know how lucky we are to provide them with care!

We proudly sponsored this month's annual golf tournament for Mental Health America of Greenville County. Proceeds from this event support their mission of providing mental health resources to those in Greenville County and funding of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for South Carolina. It's #HealthcareHRWeek, and we would like to recognize our Human Resources department for their hard work and dedication to our employees! Delaine E. (right) was recently promoted to Human Resource Director, and Jessica B. (left) was promoted to Human Resource Generalist. We would like to thank them for everything they do to help make The Carolina Center a great place to work!

Congratulations to Dianna, Dietary Aide, for being awarded Gold Key Employee of the Month for January! Diana radiates positivity and is a true example of a team player. We are lucky to work alongside her!

Today is Employee Appreciation Day, and we'd like to say how thankful we are for our amazing staff! Your hard work and dedication make a tremendous impact every day! As a small token of appreciation, members of our HR and leadership team delivered snacks to each department today.

We are excited to announce that Curry B., RN, is our Platinum Key Employee of the Year for 2025! Curry has worked at The Carolina Center since 2016 and was promoted to Unit Nurse Manager in 2020. Curry's dedication to our mission is an inspiration to us all, and we are thankful to have her on our team!

Last week, we sponsored the first meeting of the Upstate Behavioral Health Alliance in Greenville for 2025. This quarterly meeting provides an opportunity for therapists and other mental health professionals to gather for networking and education.

March is Social Work Month and we are celebrating the social workers within our organization and those we partner with in the community. Thank you for your the meaningful work you do!

Last week, Jessica, our HR Generalist, attended the University of South Carolina Upstate's Nurse Recruitment Fair to tell them about the benefits of working at The Carolina Center.
