Did you know November is National Family Caregivers Month? It’s a month dedicated to recognizing the love, dedication, and strength of those who care for family members, friends or neighbors. And it's more than just a ‘thank you’—it's also a time to raise awareness and advocate for the resources, respite, and support caregivers deserve. ?? This year’s theme, “I Care,” is an invitation to self-identify as a caregiver. By embracing this role, caregivers can access the resources, support, and decision-making tools to help you on your caregiving journey. ? Let’s start now! Are you a caregiver? Comment ‘I care’, or tell us about your journey. Let’s make it known: caregivers deserve to be seen, valued, and appreciated! #caregiver #caregivers #NationalFamilyCaregiverMonth #familycaregiver
