Thank you to Southwest Airlines for the invitation to attend! Key takeaways from a recent study about the Red Line: Construction impact of redline - $10 - $19B output; $6-11B in labor construction; 12-16,000 jobs for construction and 1,400-1,650 permanent jobs after completion. There are 14 Transit Oriented Developments (TOD) currently along the proposed Red Line corridor and 31 additional TOD's planned which equates to $12.4M direct/indirect from developments and $5.5 billion in labor for developments.
