Most marketers know the ultimate question: "How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague?" (a.k.a. NPS). It’s a great metric for brand loyalty. But there is another, equally important, question: ?? “What’s a big challenge that you and your team face right now?” It's direct. And the results are eye-opening. It deepens conversations. It shows genuine interest. It helps to uncover struggles that might have gone unspoken. Not every conversation needs an agenda. Sometimes, just asking (and truly listening) is enough. Dare to ask.
