"When you look at it by race and gender, that disparity is even wider,” said Jasmine Tucker, the National Women’s Law Center’s vice president of research. “This means that women are never, ever going to catch up.” #EqualPayDay https://lnkd.in/gAVJkPRt

Wrapping up an amazing journey through 2024 with immense gratitude! ?????? This year, we had the privilege of supporting incredible nonprofits advancing gender equity and immigration justice through policy advocacy, direct services, and academia. What’s more, this year, we worked with various women-owned small businesses, expanding our services to help our fellow entrepreneurs on their journey to provide essential services to their communities and strengthen local economies. Our services—communications, fundraising & development, and policy research & advocacy—were all done with a feminist perspective, focused on supporting missions that truly make a difference in our communities. A massive shoutout to our team of fierce feminists Lilian M., Lorena Gallego Rosero, Pamela Erin Mason Ramos, Mar Daravi?a, Valeria Bedoya ??. Together, we poured our hearts into this work. We hit some big goals at work and grew a lot personally, while strengthening our commitment to a feminist work culture and vision. ?????????????????????????????? ?? Here's to our clients, our amazing team, and the exciting adventures ahead in 2025! ?? #Gratitude #CheersTo2024

Working with organizations like DC KINCARE ALLIANCE is central to our mission to advance social justice through our services. We are grateful to be part of their journey to support kinship families and provide stable, loving homes for DC’s most vulnerable children. This year, our team provided project management, event planning support, marketing materials, and digital campaign services for their 2024 Annual Benefit in Washington, DC. DCKC is truly making a difference for kinship families and communities in D.C. In 2025, they are expanding services to help keep immigrant families together by assisting family members in obtaining the legal rights they need to care for children whose parents may face deportation. Learn more about the amazing work they do and consider making an end-of-year donation. www.dckincare.org/donate #ClientCollaboration #ImpactThroughPartnerships #SocialImpact #GraphicDesign
