What matters most is what drives us as a company
Since 1963, Branch has provided quality professional construction services to both the public and private sectors throughout the mid-Atlantic. Branch offers construction management, heavy highways and roads, design-build services, general contracting, site development, metal fabrication, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and services.
Branch is 100 percent employee-owned, and our employee-owners live the core values of ownership, relationships, and exceptionalism.
We take ownership of our projects because quality makes all the difference in our communities. The relationships we build connect us to the community. And our commitment to relationships extends to the families of our employee-owners. We strive to keep our employee-owners near home so that they can be with their families each night.
The new $28 million King George County Courthouse is open to serve! This new, modern, and accessible building is hub for justice and service to the community.
This isn’t just a building. It’s a new chapter in the history of King George County, Virginia.
Watching young minds get hands-on with concrete, sparking creativity and curiosity, was truly inspiring. From mixing to molding, these kids are building the future—one project at a time. Proud to support such a fun, educational event that introduces the next generation to the world of construction!
When one of our employee-owners battles breast cancer, we don’t wait for National Breast Cancer Awareness month in October to wear pink to show our support. We’ll wear pink any day and at any time to show that our hopes, wishes, and prayers are with her. Always.
This 23,000 sq ft modern facility is a game-changer for the Aldie Volunteer Fire Department and Loudoun County Fire and Rescue, featuring cutting-edge amenities like apparatus bays, training rooms, and more.
After years of hard work, it’s an honor to see this station come to life—ready to keep our neighbors safe.
We’re biased, but we think the Fort Buffalo Fire Station is beautiful. This modern, state-of-the-art facility will serve and protect the Fairfax community for decades to come.
A huge shoutout to our employee-owners and trade-partners who completed this project with expertise and passion.
The James Wood High School addition and renovation project is nearly complete. We’re proud of this $72 million transformation. This modernized campus now boasts a new media center, upgraded classrooms, enhanced safety features, and more, all designed to inspire the next generation of Colonels. A huge thanks to our team and Frederick County Public Schools for this milestone.
Branch was invited to participate in a roundtable discussion on workforce development and career and technical education in Roanoke with Senator Tim Kaine.
The discussion included the importance of high-quality training, opportunities in the construction trades, and jobs that offer prosperity and growth.
Our employee-owners are making waves on the Khalahari Resort Project in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Our electrical teams are working diligently to keep the project on schedule.
We can’t wait to see this destination resort complete. It will include Virginia’s largest indoor water park, over 900 guest rooms, a massive convention center, and a 90,000 square-foot adventure park.
Radford University’s 2025 Future of Talent Summit dove deep into workforce development strategies for our region. Branch talent leaders talked about how we can uncover the untapped talent pools and attract the best and brightest to internships and apprenticeships in the construction industry. And how educators, policy deciders, business leaders, and community decision-makers can help us attract, train, and promote the next generation of leaders in our industry.
Christiansburg High School will be a hive of learning and inspiration.
Our employee-owners are making incredible progress. We can’t wait to see students and educators enjoy their new school.
