As Black History Month comes to a close, we would like to share our gratitude to SOUL and all of our associates who participated in the celebration. Our associates visited museums across our markets that highlighted African Americans in the workforce, SOUL created a flipbook showcasing Black inventors and creators and they partnered with VIDA to create an event honoring Afro-Latino culture. We look forward to more opportunities for meaningful connection and education as we continue to honor the African American community all year round.

The countdown has officially begun! Next week, we kick off our annual Bozzuto Management Awards. Traveling to seven cities across the country, we will recognize and celebrate the extraordinary hard work our management employees exhibit every day. We recently wrapped an extraordinary three-part Coffee with Toby series across Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. Connecting with dozens of employees during interactive Q&A sessions, Toby expressed his gratitude while covering many topics, including our approach to growth and the importance of leading with humanity in an era of evolving tech solutions.

To recognize National Caregivers Day, our employee resource group PACT and Rise by Bozzuto assembled and donated care packages for Meals on Wheels volunteers. We appreciate and thank all caregivers for their service and kindness that truly makes a positive impact on our world.

We are thrilled to announce we were once again certified as a Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year. This national recognition is based entirely on feedback from our associates, who strive every day to make an impact in the lives of our clients, partners and residents. We look forward to continuing to work together to deliver the extraordinary experiences for which we are known.

President and CEO Toby Bozzuto delivered the keynote address at Colgate University’s 13th annual Sophomore Connections event, which introduces second-year students to university alumni.
