Lots of hard work paid off yesterday with the groundbreaking of Phase 1 of XNRGY Climate Solutions US Headquarters facility in Mesa, Arizona. XNRGY is the first tenant in our Gateway East development. They will initially occupy over 275,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space and have the ability to expand that to 1M square feet of space as the company continues to grow and expand. The highly efficient HVAC systems XNRGY produces are in high demand in Arizona and throughout the country. This new facility will help them meet the demand. We are grateful for our partners on the project, WESPAC Construction, Gensler Architects, Dibble Engineering, IMEG, Caruso Turley Scott and Colwell Shelor. The support of the City of Mesa, City of Mesa Economic Development, Arizona Commerce Authority, GPEC and most importantly, the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority is greatly appreciated. This is the first of what will be many groundbreakings at Gateway East.?We are excited for the future!

Highlighting last year's 2023 Development of the Year South award for our Crestview Ridge development at the Topaz Awards. The Boyer Company, along with NXT Property Management, accepted this award from the Utah Rental Housing Association. Crestview Ridge is a master-planned townhome community located in Highland, Utah, it has 221 units. Residents enjoy many amenities?including a dog park, clubhouse, smart fitness gym, and pool/spa.
