The Boulevard Senior Living features a total of 180 apartments including 90 independent living apartments, 62 assisted living apartments, and 28 memory care apartments. The community is located at the corner of Harry S. Truman Blvd. and Ehlmann Road. The independent living lodge features studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens and washer/dryer units. All apartments will have a senior-friendly design with safety features to offer peace of mind to residents and their families. The lodge also has beautiful common areas to encourage socialization, including a theater, social lounge, country kitchen, indoor swimming pool, and private dining room for family functions. The assisted living neighborhood will feature state-of-the-art technology to help be proactive in monitoring resident's safety and well-being. Also, all care with be customized through our individualized care program, so that residents only pay for the services that they utilize and can truly age in place. All memory care apartments are private and designed for the comfort of cognitively impaired residents, including walk-in showers, height-appropriate fixtures, and locking cabinets to help protect residents from harm. The secure cottage will feature life stations to keep residents active and give them a sense of accomplishment.
