The Bing Crosby Theater, known as "The Bing", was built in 1915 and is a historical rental venue where outside promoters contract and rent the Bing to bring in bands, comedians, films, local jazz, plays, and even magic shows. It is a not a direct booking agent nor does it have in-house promoters. There is a lot of history behind the Bing, and it retains much of its historical structure as an "intimate" venue. As a venue, the Bing may also be rented for weddings, conferences, book readings, etc.

The Bing Crosby Theater has remained largely unchanged since its opening in 1915. While its infrastructure has been thoroughly modernized, the nomination form for the National Historic Register states that "most of the theater's architecture has remained intact."
