So this time last week we attended a very awesome iceBike with Madison, and without a doubt the best one we have been to so far. ???? It's been a busy week this week, bike fits local and far, 9 in total and all culminating in a trip over the Pennines today to do 3 bike fits at 3 separate locations - organisation and delivery needed, some of my key skills from my previous professional life came in very handy. I met multiple cyclists, wanting to achieve different things: Ironman triathletes Injury comeback warriors More comfort seekers Performance gain hunters New bike owners New cyclists at the start of their fitness journey They all needed my help, they all trusted me to deliver what their individual needs required. Today I was out of the door at 10:00 and back home at 21:00. Lunch in the van, a brew on the go and this evening, after a warm shower, I can sit back and reflect on the last few days with deep satisfaction. Yes it's been a busy week, but it's been my week, the week I've chosen to do, the type of week I envisaged when I pivoted out of the 9-5 and chose to follow my passion.
