Yesterday, I had the distinct pleasure of contributing to the staff development day at Oklahoma State University (OSU) as a facilitator, alongside colleagues from The Best Workplace. The day's workshops focused on cultivating resilience, enhancing prioritization skills, and developing social intelligence—essential competencies for today's dynamic workplace. I was particularly thrilled to lead a session on value mapping, an area where my background in Industrial-Organizational psychology truly shines. It was incredibly rewarding to engage with such an enthusiastic and insightful group of OSU staff members. The Talent Development team at OSU, and the entire staff, extended exceptional hospitality and created a truly welcoming environment. I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to partner with Cornelius Dowdell, MBA Dowdell, India Morgan, and The Best Workplace on this impactful initiative.
