Associate Workers’ Compensation Attorney The Belt Law Firm, PC has been one of Luzerne County’s leading workers’ compensation law firms for more than 10 years and is looking to add an associate to assist with files at its Kingston and Hazleton offices.??The associate attorney will work with our experienced worker’s compensation attorney’s and bilingual (English/Spanish) staff to provide assistance in all levels of the workers’ compensation litigation process from initial intake through the appeal process.?This is an excellent opportunity for a new attorney to gain expertise in workers’ compensation law. Key job duties include: ?Brief writing. ? Client meetings. ?Preparing legal documents. ? Represent clients before administrative law judges ? File maintenance Minimum Qualifications Juris Doctor Valid license to practice law in State of Pennsylvania Strong writing skills Strong computer skills Preferred Qualifications ? Thirteen years ago on April 1, 2011, I decided that April Fool’s Day would be a perfect day to open a law firm, and on April 1, 2011, The Belt Law Firm opened for business. 13 years and 1,700 clients later, we have obtained over $47,500,000.00 in benefits for our clients.
