Guests can enjoy two unique dining experiences: Pasque, an all-day eatery, and Stellar Jay, a vibrant rooftop restaurant offering panoramic views. What makes Populus truly stand out? Phase II of The University of Texas at Dallas Athenaeum is officially underway with the ?????????????????????? ????????, set to open in fall 2026! ?? This two-story facility will be a hub for the arts, featuring a 680-seat performance hall, outdoor performance spaces, rehearsal and practice rooms, teaching studios, a percussion studio, recording studio, and much more. It even includes multifunctional spaces like a lobby, study areas, and a student lounge—66,000 square feet of creativity and collaboration!
