????? Major Milestone Achieved: The Bayou Companies' Concrete Weight Coating Project ????? We are proud to announce the successful completion of an impressive project at The Bayou Companies. Our team recently applied concrete weight coating (CWC) to approximately 32 miles of 48" OD pipe, enhancing it with 3.50" of high-density 190 pcf CWC – an impressive feat by any standard! (For perspective, each completed pipe weighed approximately 22 tons). This endeavor not only elevates the industry benchmark but highlights Bayou’s production efficiency, as we managed to shave roughly three full weeks off the planned schedule. ???? The success of this project was achieved with zero safety or environmental incidents, underscoring our commitment to safety and environmental diligence, as well as our adherence to the highest operating standards in the industry. ????? Our ability to adapt swiftly to our clients' needs was on full display, as 100% of the completed pipeline was stored across Bayou’s 250+ acre campus. This demonstrates our unequaled value proposition of having a complete logistics and storage capacity that can be fully scaled to meet specific project requirements. ???? At Bayou we have the technical expertise and track record in small and large CWC projects to fully support our client’s infrastructure buildout. Most of our project work is from repeat clients, due to Bayou’s relentless pursuit of meeting and exceeding expectations through exceptional project management, a proactive & proven safety program, and above all, our veteran operations crew.
