?? Project Update: Jubilee Charter School Gymnasium - Ridgeland, SC ?? Exciting progress is being made on the Jubilee Charter School gymnasium project! In just six days, our team has: ? Offloaded four Nucor tractor trailers ? Completed third-party testing ? Bolted and racked all primary and secondary steel The gymnasium will feature stunning masonry wainscoting, architectural metal wall panels, a standing seam roof, storefront glass, and awnings. We’re proud to play a part in building a space that will serve Jubilee Charter School for years to come. Stay tuned for more updates as this project comes to life!

Project Complete! Congratulations to our client, Madres Restaurant, on the official grand opening of their new location downtown Summerville, SC! This project was design-build and self-performed in just 7 weeks' time, including design, permitting, and construction. The owners, Karen and Mariana, are rockstars and it was an absolute pleasure getting to play a small part in their relocation journey. If you haven't had the chance to visit yet, the Fiesta Fajita Meal is to die for!?

Project Complete! Congratulations to the Cember Way Spec Park project team for recently completing Phase 1 of the development. The Bastion Groups scope of work included a 15,000 sf Nucor pre-engineered metal building supply and erect, handrails, awnings, and complete interior build out comprised of steel stud framing, insulation, drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, doors, and accessories. We look forward to completing Phase 2 which adds another 27,000 sf in the near future. Great work team!

The Bastion Group was recently awarded the structural engineering package for Keys to Change new Men's Anchor House located in Summerville, SC. We look to the partnership with Dorchester County and Tupco Construction!

New Project Announcement! The Bastion Group was recently awarded an exciting design-assist project for a new charter school located in Ridgeland, SC! Pre-construction is underway and we've enjoyed working through constructability and finish selections with the developer. Our scope includes supply and erect of a 9,000 square foot Nucor pre-engineer metal building that will serve as the school's new gymnasium. New Project Announcement! The Bastion Group was recently awarded a design-build tenant improvement for Madres Restaurant in Summerville. We completed design in-house and obtained the building permit all in just 3 weeks time; talk about hustle and service! We are self performing this project in just 4-weeks time including demolition, concrete, framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, millwork, doors/hardware, and paint! Project Update on our IOP Stormwater Project! Demolition, mass grading, and utility relocations are complete. We’ve also made significant progress on the storm infrastructure thanks to our partners at Superior Cranes, Inc and Knight's Companies!
