It was truly a best day ever with staff and students at the @etlouverture school at our Jingle Ball Holiday Program. Together, volunteers, parents and congregants from the Messiah Baptist Church filled each student's bag with toys, art kits to express creativity, new educational books and stuffed stockings! The joy and gratitude on each child's face was indescribable and truly heartwarming. We especially loved the beautiful, handwritten thank you notes created by students and given with love. Thank you to all of our amazing supporters and volunteers!! Best wishes for a warm and wonderful holiday season!

An early Thanksgiving celebration for seniors filled with warm food, singing, bingo, and friends all topped with whipped cream and love! We are so thankful to be able to put smiles on so many faces, and to have such wonderful volunteers. A special shout out to our young volunteers for cutting Apple pies and assembling bags full of gifts including warm winter blankets for each individual. Together, we had a very special celebration and wish everyone a Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving!

Giving is medicine for the soul! We had a morning filled with love, smiles and kindness fitting over 300 students with new winter coats, hats and gloves. This year we expanded our program, distributing new uniforms including sweatshirts, sweatpants, socks and collared shirts to all students. Thank you to all of our amazing volunteers and school staff for making our cozy coats program extra special. ??

The Bass Foundation is thrilled to sponsor 18 students to attend summer camp through the township of East Orange. Students were selected based on merit, stellar attendance and various academic achievements. We know all children will enjoy a summer full of fun at all the various camps including sports, dance, cheer, basketball and tennis. We look forward to this wonderful relationship within the East Orange Community!

Students at @etlouverture school loved their time with Bea Lopez, Alvaro Regalado and The Bass Foundation on career day. Students were lucky to spend their morning with these superstars and racquets professionals from Orange Lawn Tennis Club, hearing about the importance of hard work both on and off the court! We learned about different types of racquet sports and the importance of perseverance and following dreams with dedication and determination. It was a special treat to learn from true champions, while getting autographs in notebooks, reminding students to keep trying to achieve success!! Thank you Bea and Alvi for joining us for a memorable morning, spending quality time with eager and hard working students!
